Natco Rice Flour 500g

Natco Ground Rice is freshly milled from specially selected rice grains and is perfect for making idlis, dosas and puddings.

Rice flour is made from finely ground polished broken rice and is therefore whiter than most flours, however it cannot generally be used for baking in the same way as wheat flour as it contains no gluten. Add it to the skin of a roasting chicken to make it deliciously crispy.
